Steven Weisz is a dynamic entrepreneur, creative innovator, renowned photographer, and CEO whose career spans more than 40 years. With advanced degrees in Psychology and Education from the University of Pennsylvania, he blends academic insight with real-world experience to lead successful companies, build influential platforms, and shape multiple industries throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond.
Today, Steven’s work centers on three major ventures that reflect his long-standing commitment to excellence and innovation. As CEO of Delaware Valley On Line, he oversees one of the region’s pioneering internet service and web hosting companies, delivering business-class hosting, website design, WordPress expertise, and digital marketing solutions to businesses, universities, nonprofits, and creative organizations. As President and Founder of Rainbow Promotions Inc., established in the late 1970s, he continues to produce high-quality entertainment and special events nationwide. Through this parent company, he also directs Philly, New Jersey & Delaware Casino Parties, the tri-state area’s leading provider of casino-themed entertainment for corporate events, fundraisers, and private celebrations.
Beyond his business leadership, Steven is an internationally recognized photographer working under Art Imagined Photography, with exhibitions at Philadelphia City Hall Gallery, the Scotia Bank CONTACT Festival in Toronto, Metro Milan in Italy, Art Deco Weekend in Miami Beach, and placement in the U.S. National Archive for the Stonewall@50 commemoration. His photography honors include recognition from PX3 – Prix de la Photographie, Paris, and Sony Create & Capture. He is an active member of the National Press Photographers Association, International Freelance Photographers Organization, and Professional Photographers of America.
Steven’s career is also defined by a long history of groundbreaking projects and arts advocacy. He founded PhiladelphiaDANCE.org, one of the region’s most influential dance resources, and created The Dance Journal, a platform that elevated dance coverage and visibility for artists and companies. His work as Director of Graffito Works further expanded artistic access through site-specific performances presented in public spaces. Additional past projects include Teen Board youth programs, Nationwide Robots, PhillyVR, and early career contributions as a psychologist and educator—each reflecting his dedication to innovation, community engagement, and human connection.
